Madison Kopsa is a Multimedia Artist who specializes in hot-sculpted and blown glass. As a woman, mother, and lover of nature, she utilizes the glass medium to convey stories to the viewer — which she feels is just as, if not more important, than the aesthetic alone. Marking the beginning of her career, 2016 offered her first artist residency in Tennessee at The Firehall Glass Studio. In 2018, Madison was awarded the AACG Visionary Scholarship for a sculpting class at The Corning Museum of Glass in New York. She also has experience at a range of studios across Iowa and Arizona. While currently employed out of a private studio in Scottsdale, AZ and teaching at the Mesa Art Center, she simultaneously focuses on perfecting the dreams of her intellectual property.
